Core Privacy Principle

"مهمتي" is designed as a Local-First application. This means your Tasks, Habits, Plans, and Notes are stored directly on your device's internal storage. We do not transmit this personal data to our own servers.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Data (Local Storage)

We do not collect or store your personal tasks, habits, or schedules on external servers. All data you enter into the app remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up to your personal Google Drive.

B. Permissions and Device Access

We request specific permissions to enable core features:

Storage Access: To store your tasks and settings locally on your device database.
Internet Access: To facilitate Google Sign-In, Google Drive backups, Email Scheduling, and to serve advertisements (AdMob).
Alarm/Notifications: To send you precise reminders for your scheduled tasks and habits.

2. Google Services & User Data Policy

Our app integrates with Google Services to provide "Email Scheduling" and "Cloud Backup" features.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

مهمتي (My Task) use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We strictly use the restricted scope:

This is used for the sole purpose of:

Sending emails that you explicitly compose and schedule within the app interface.

We do NOT:

Read, view, or access your incoming emails or metadata.
Share your email content with third parties, AI models, or advertisers.
Store your email content on our servers.

Google Drive (Backup)

If you use the backup feature, we access your Google Drive configuration solely to upload or download the specific data file generated by our app. We cannot access, view, or delete other files in your Drive.

3. Third-Party Advertising

We may use third-party advertising companies (specifically Google AdMob) to serve ads when you visit the Application. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other apps contained in web cookies and tracking technologies to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

You can manage your ad preferences via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID).

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.

For authentication (Signing in to use Backup or Email features), we use OAuth 2.0 directly with Google. This means you sign in on Google's secure page, and we receive a secure token. We never see, process, or store your passwords.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware that any data has been collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
