Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the مهمتي (My Task) mobile application (the "Service") operated by Al-janad ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
مهمتي is a productivity application designed to help users manage tasks, track habits, and schedule emails. The application operates primarily on a local-storage basis, meaning data lives on your device.
3. User Responsibilities & Email Usage
Our app allows you to schedule emails via your Gmail account APIs. By using this feature, you agree to:
- Take full responsibility for the content of any emails sent via the Service.
- NOT use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or any content that violates applicable laws or Gmail's Program Policies.
- NOT use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
We reserve the right to revoke access to the App API services immediately if we detect misuse of the emailing features.
4. Data Loss and Backups
Disclaimer of Data Liability
You acknowledge that your data is stored locally on your device. Al-janad is NOT responsible for any loss of data resulting from:
- Uninstalling the application without a backup.
- Loss, theft, or damage to your device.
- Failure of the Google Drive backup restoration process due to connection issues.
Tip: We strongly recommend performing regular backups to Google Drive via the app settings.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Al-janad. The Service is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6. Links to Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., AdMob ads) that are not owned or controlled by Al-janad. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Al-janad, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Yemen, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
